we are committed to providing the highest quality in support services. If you encounter a problem or have a question, we know you want to be
able to call someone in the local time zone; not submit a question to
a "web site black hole" or wait (hope) for an overnight reply
to an email overseas. We have engineers on our staff, that know the products
we represent and can help you with the answers you need.
Support Services come in a variety of forms, depending on
the product and your requirements. In general, we recommend annual maintenance
contracts which include both free updates and technical support. In some
cases, we can also provide support-only contracts.
Training
Following initial installation of your software solution,
we can provide you with the training you need on the product.
Installation
While most products are customer installable, we can
provide installation of the product if you desire.
Consulting
We provide Professional Consulting Services on all the products we handle.
We recommend initial on site consulting specific to the project to assist
you to get maximum value from the software and get up and running in the
shortest possible time.
